Cooking and doing good, that’s what Cook to Help stands for. A campaign initiated by Lufthansa employees to share the joy of cooking, get to know the projects of help alliance as well as the culinary delights of the project countries and to collect donations. The campaign is now being supplemented by a special feature: all donors who support Cook to Help will receive the new, digital cookbook from help alliance as a thank-you gift.

The idea and implementation of the digital cookbook came from two dual students of Lufthansa Passage who completed their operational assignment with us. Their goal was to set up a successful fundraising campaign for help alliance. With a lot of creative ideas, an impressive stamina and the active support of many Lufthansa Group colleagues they mastered this task in an impressive way! The result is a cookbook with 18 favorite recipes of different colleagues from all over the world as well as great impressions and information about the help alliance projects. A little insider tip: The cookbook is also an excellent gift idea for friends.

How to receive the digital cookbook as a thank you

The donation box at the bottom of this page will take you to the Cook to Help fundraising campaign. Take part and support this culinary aid campaign with your donation. After the successful transfer of your donation, you will receive a thank-you letter by e-mail. There you will find a link where you can download the digital cookbook. The help alliance digital cookbook is available in German and English – you will receive the links to both versions.

Second episode of Cook to Help already shot

A few weeks ago, dedicated colleagues from Lufthansa Group were again active in the kitchen and behind the camera, shooting the video for the second episode of Cook to Help. The video material is very extensive and has to be edited first. Therefore we have to be patient with the release of the second video until the beginning of next year. However, we can already tell you that our hard-working chefs will present a project that they themselves have personally visited. In addition, they used spices typical for the country, which they brought with them from their visit on site, to conjure up this delicious dish. You can already look forward to the next episode of Cook to Help.
