After getting to know the project as a volunteer, I was immediately impressed by the combination of practical training as a farmer and the teaching of administrative and business management content. This special training gives the students the foundations they need to build a self-determined future. I was very touched by the warmth of the people and their personal stories, which is why it was immediately clear to me to continue my involvement in this project.
