Conditions of participation in the competition

  • Participation in the lottery of help alliance gGmbH, Airportring Lufthansa Aviation Center, 60546 Frankfurt, Germany, is exclusively subject to these terms and conditions. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.
  • Persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Minors may only participate with their parents or authorized representatives.
  • Help alliance employees and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of this contest are excluded from participation.
  • Help alliance reserves the right to exclude individual persons from participation if they are suspected of manipulating the outcome of the competition, violating the conditions of participation or providing misleading information in the course of participation.
  • The participation period runs from 01.09.2020 to 09.09.2020. Participations received after this period will not be considered for the competition.
  • Participation in the competition is possible through a social media entry on Facebook, Instagram or Yammer according to the requirements described in the eBase article. All social media contributions published by 09.09.2020 will be entered into the competition. Submissions received after this date cannot be considered in the draw. Each participant may only enter the competition once. You can also participate in the raffle without a donation. All participants have the same chance of winning regardless of a donation. The draw is done by a random number generator.
  • A cash payment, change or exchange of the prizes is not possible. Prize claims are not transferable.  By handing over the prizes to the respective winners, help alliance is released from any obligation. Help alliance is not liable for defects of the respective prizes.
  • Help alliance expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent a scheduled course of the competition.
  • The winners will be notified in writing. If no response is received within the period stated in the notification, the claim to the prize will expire.
  • Participants agree that their names will be published in the advertising media used by the Provider, in particular on its website and social media channels, in the event of a win.
  • This declaration may be revoked at any time and informally. It should be addressed to help alliance gGmbH, Airportring Lufthansa Aviation Center, 60546 Frankfurt. In the event of revocation, all personal data of the participant will be deleted.

  • Legal recourse is excluded.
