Channel Aid 2025: Inspiring Music that does good
Following last year’s successful concert by the Lufthansa Orchestra with James Arthur, Channel Aid 2025 is raising the bar even higher: From October 21 to 23, three top acts will take to the stage at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus in Hamburg, not only to move audiences musically, but also to make a difference: singer-songwriter Rea Garvey, German rapper Montez, and a surprise act that is still to be revealed. They will be accompanied by the 65-piece Lufthansa Orchestra conducted by Steven Lloyd-Gonzales. At Rea Garvey’s concert, the 40-piece Hamburg Voices choir will additionally provide an unforgettable sound experience.
This year, the proceeds from all three concerts will mainly go to help alliance and will primarily be used for the Ukraine project “Education in a bubble.” Together with Rea Garvey’s foundation and the local organization “Save Ukraine,” war-traumatized children and young people there will have access to education and psychosocial care – and thus the chance for a new beginning.
