Miles & More employees support integration project in Flörsheim
The campaign raised more than 1000 Euros for the help alliance project
To mark the first anniversary of the Miles & More GmbH, the employees decided not only to celebrate, but also to do something good and support refugees at the same time.
The project was initiated by the Stern des Südens association. In the past, volunteers met in the clubhouse to offer German lessons in a playful and creative way on two afternoons to the children of over 250 immigrant families in Flörsheim. In the meantime, this measure has grown into a regular education and support programme in which both honorary staff and volunteers are involved. This project has also become an important part of the children’s parents’ lives, and the volunteers are often the first point of contact when they have worries and problems.
They collected 1,012.12 Euros for help alliance in a set up donation box. The money will be used for a project of our long-time project partner Stern des Südens e.V. in Flörsheim.
