We are very pleased to present the first annual report of the help alliance in a new guise. It consists of two parts, the people and the facts. In the facts section you will find everything you need to know about the finances of our organisation. The second section focusses on people and projects. Here you will not only find interesting insights into our work, but also great success stories from our around 40 projects worldwide. They represent the more than 10,000 people who benefit directly or indirectly from the personal and voluntary commitment of their colleagues in the Lufthansa Group. This is the unique selling point of the help alliance. And we can be proud of that.

With success: More and more colleagues, companies are now working under our roof for disadvantaged people to give them a perspective. The key here is access to education and the promotion of income-generating measures. We want to enable people to lead a self-determined life.
