Start of the construction at the Three Sisters Educare and Welfare Centre

New roof in the Three Sisters Educare and Welfare Centre

We just received the first photo of the newly constructed roof above the playground at the Three Sisters Educare and Welfare Centre at Philippi in Cape Town. This roof will protect the children from the hot summer sun as well as rain therefore enabeling them to use the playground all around the year. The next steps will be to plant some artificial grass under the swing set to protect the children from bad injuries in case the fall and to pave the ground so the sand wont be muddy in winter and the broken glass that has been embedded deeply in the sand wont cut the kids feet.
